Living in Madison is a wonderful thing, especially this week. Every day calls for sunshine, it’s getting progressively warmer, the Dane County Farmer’s Market opens this Saturday… it’s a week full of pure bliss here in good ole Wisconsin.
And we all know that as the weather warms up, we tend to have a more adventurous spirit. Spring and summer are meant for being outside, trying new places, and going out with friends. With Madison having such phenomenal local restaurants and chefs, it’s the perfect time to try out that new restaurant you’ve been waiting to try out.
But don’t stress out about this daunting task of trying to find the new food hot spots in Madison, the Isthmus has done it for you! A wonderful group of reviewers have been eating around for the past year to bring you their most updated list of places to go and things to try in the Madison area. Check out the article here!
For me personally, Salvatore’s Tomato Pies and El Sabor de Puebla caught my eye. Both are family run businesses that celebrate their owner’s heritage and use as locally sourced ingredients as possible. These two restaurants are also determined to NOT cut corners and offer you truly authentic Italian and Mexican dishes.
My opinion aside, the article truly has restaurants that offer any kind of food you could want. So the next time you feel stuck trying to pick a place to eat, keep the Isthmus reviews in mind and get out and explore Madison food!
